Victory Visit by Nzuko Ohaneze Ukwa Na Ngwa

The Nzuko Ohaneze Ukwa Na Ngwa a non-political socio-cultural organization, on Friday 15th March 2019 congratulated Abia State Governor Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, on his re-election on March 9th gubernatorial elections,

speaking at the visitation in the hometown of the Governor at Umuobiakwa Obingwa Local Government Area of Abia State, President of the Organization, St. Moses Ogbonna said the Nzuko Ohaneze Ugwa Na Ngwa has been agitating  for the position of a governor which they were given in 2015 and with handwork, regained the mandate at the just concluded election.

St. Moses stated that they were there to remind the governor of the journey ahead and to encourage him not to forget the struggles of the time past and work for the good course of Abians in general.

he also used the medium to highlight the programs of the organization and charge the governor to be part of them

in his speech, the Abia State Governor Dr. Okezie Victor he Ikpeazu thanked members of the organization for their visit and reminds them, that there should be no discrimination amongst one another and not to give room for any form of distraction.

the Governor went ahead to encouraged  farming in the state, with the believe that food circulation will be of utmost concern of his government

on the case of artisan, the number one citizen of the state, encouraged the youths to take up skill acquisition programs  and not always rely on the white collar jobs, which is not better and also aids in the development of state

throwing  more light on the sustenance of the culture of the state, the governor charged the organization to strive to revive the Ukwa Na Ngwa Cultural festival, which will be an annual event for the Ukwa And Ngwa Community

the high point of the event was the presentation of a holy bible and machete by the organization in his explanation, the president of Nzuko Ohaneze Ukwa Na Ngwa told the Governor that bible is a symbol of spiritual protection while the machete is for practical defense
